PLEASE NOTE REVISED CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION: Two Civilian marching band snare drums; The first for The Horndean Band, depicting rose above a lyre, makers mark for Henry Potter & Co., London, 37cm diameter 38cm tall; the second for Dagenham Girl Pipers, bearing the motto "Auctor pretiosa facit", makers mark for George Potter & Co., Aldershot, 38cm diameter 34cm tall, both with painted brass shells, calfskin drumheads with rope tension systems, gut snares, paintwork signed by K. Nicholls. *Christs Hospital Drum in online catalogue photograph not included
