Three military marching snare drums; unpainted brass shells, calfskin drumheads and gut snares, two with rope tension systems, one with modern lugs, one marked A.F. Matthews, London, stamped no. 506 and dated 1944, the others unmarked, one of more considerable age and wear missing its snares, the largest measuring 38cm diameter 37cm tall, the smallest 37cm diameter 24cm tall.
