A late 18th / early 19th century seaman's chest by John Shepherd, 90 Bishopsgate, London, Naval & Military outfitter, of domed form with studded detail and scraps of original cover, the interior papered with posthumous letters of the Rev W Huntington SS, Minister of the Gospel Vol IV, with blue stamped design (a/f), 76.5cm
