A French Belle Epoque period advertising poster ‘Derly’, French door panel size, depicting a showgirl in typical costume holding a pair of opera glasses, lithograph in colours, c. 1900s, printed by J. Mourlot, 75 Rue St. Maur, Paris, bearing artists monogram GG HD to lower right, framed, 185cm x 61cm
‘Derly’ possibly refers to performer Margueritte Derly known for her theatre performances during the late 19th century.
