An 18th century white metal mounted coconut cup, probably Scottish, inscribed to rim 'This cup is the property of John Garden Esq of Burghill by Brechin who died 19th April 1768, aged 63', further inscribed at base 'This cup on the demise of FG Mitchell presented to Jas Kirkwood by Miss I Poole on the 16th anniversary of HB Kirkwoods birthday presented by his Father to him', 14cm high, in a velvet lined oak case *For full details of provenance see extra photos
