Car mascot / hood ornament: 'The Winged Victory of Samothrace' (the World famous statue in the the Louvre was discovered on a remote Greek Island called Samothrace in 1863 by French Diplomat and archaeologist Charles Champoisseau, the armles and headless "Winged Victory of Samothrace" is also known as "The Nike", it was reputedly adopted by prestigious French car maker, Automobiles Lorraine-Dietrich, and fitted to their motor cars), cast bronze, now displayed on a marble base, total height 19.5cm.
