A 19th century Australian Ostrich or Emu egg table centrpiece, with partially engraved decoration featuring birds in natural habitat, and with cast metal mounts, on an ebonised wooden base, 27cm high (egg damaged). Together with a collection of five decorative glass scent bottles with stoppers, displayed on a gilt-metal stand, combined height 49cm, (2).
