An 18th century inlaid burr walnut, walnut, and cross banded walnut cased striking eight day longcase clock by Jasper Taylor of Holborn, London, the 12 inch arched brass dial with 'strike / slient' dial to the arch, silvered chapter ring, silvered seconds dial, silvered oval name plaque, date aperture, twin winding holes, and classical spandrels, above an arched door to the trunk, with pendulum, two weights, winding key, and door key, 219cm high.
