A French silver trinket box, c. 19th century, of rectangular form, gilt wash interior, velvet lined, floral and geometric pattern engraved to lid, width 11.75cm, together with a Chinese silver compact, early 20th century, decorated with a three clawed dragon holding a pearl, variously marked including 'TL' and '90', fitted with a mirror, width 9cm (2)
