A large Sevres porcelain two-handled covered tureen and cover on stand, French, 19th century, the tureen decorated with panels, one with the cypher of Louis Phillipe surrounded by winged putti holding aloft floral garlands, and courting couple and attendant within a garden against the turquoise 'Bleu Celeste' ground, the stand with floral band, gilt heightened, tureen bearing red 'Chateau de Compiegne', blue 'Sevres 1845' marks, and further mark, all AF, stand width 35cm (2)
