An impressive early 20th century Walker & Hall, Sheffield silver plated dessert service for twelve, comprising an oval bowl decorated with grapes, presentation engraved, a pair of dessert spoons, nutcrackers, grape scissors and twelve pairs of dessert knives and forks with mother of pearl handles, in a fitted mahogany case, the central brass cartouche with Masonic engraving 'Presented to W. Bro. Alfred Walkling by the Brethren of the Ley Spring Lodge No 1598 as a token of esteem and fraternal regard to commemorate his year as Worshipful Master 1918-19'
