A handwritten seaman's journal; referencing RMS Cedric, a White Star Line ocean liner launched at Belfast 21 August 1902, was the largest vessel in the world at the time of her entering service, also with mention of the Russo-Japanese war 1904/05, the Excelsior Diamond, etc, etc, approx 160 pages, 16cm by 11cm, together with a sepia photograph of a seaman, 11cm by 6.5cm.
