An antique Arakan Burmese bronze Clinthe Guardian Temple Lion, probably 18th century or earlier, made in detachable sections with a seated buddhistic figure on a platform which slots on to the back of the creature, being of well cast and heavy construction with decorative detailing throughout, 61cm high.
