An Edward VII silver four piece tea set by Thomas Hayes, in a classical Georgian revival shape, heavily embossed throughout with stylised foliate motifs, comprising a teapot with ebonised wooden handle and finial, a hot water pot with ebonised wooden handle and finial, a twin handled sugar bowl, and a milk jug, Birmingham 1904, total combined weight approx 57.25 ozs. Together with a pair of similar silver plated sugar tongs.
