An antique Chinese blue and white porcelain bowl with cover, probably c.1640, painted with river landscapes, 8.5cm diameter by 7cm high.

Provenance: Private collection, purchased from Mr Dupernex (a specialist Chinese ceramics dealer), 25th November 1985, with receipt, also states "ex Hatcher shipwreck".
