A Chinese brown glazed pottery oven and pan, believed to be c.200BC, the oven being of hollow form with three prong supports to the upper rim and flared circular bowl terminating on a flared cylindrical base incorporating an opening at the front, the pan of shallow flared circular form with dragon handle, both sections present with signs of ageing and patination, combined height 14cm, (af).

Provenance: Private collection, the vendor advises that it was bought from a Mr Wang Huaqing, a collector of asian antiquities, in 1989, and it was previpusly excavated from a Province of South East Asia.
